Construction Management Department
The Construction Management Department at CALALA Oil Services is responsible for defining and monitoring execution procedures, quality standards, and quantity measurement requirements. It also establishes Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and ensures proper training for department personnel.
For subcontracted construction projects, the department mobilizes and assigns qualified professionals to oversee Construction Management tasks. This differs from Site Management, which covers broader responsibilities, including:

CALALA’s procurement team, in collaboration with its foreign partners (if applicable), oversees and manages all procurement activities for projects. This includes solicitation of quotations, purchase orders, expediting, inspection, and shipping.
To ensure smooth and efficient procurement of equipment and materials in Iraq and abroad, special provisions will be implemented.
